It makes me wonder if all the homes for sale are worth the effort to move. If you find yourself wondering the same thing, why not get out and take a closer look. You don't have anything to loose and right now is a great time to buy a new house. If you haven't purchased a new home in the last 3 years, you are most likely eligible for the first time home buyer credit, which is set to expire at the end of November, by the way, so act fast.

If you are anything like me, you live in an older home with tons of character. Well, if you are indeed in my situation, you may find yourself longing for the convenience of our lovely characteristic neighborhood without the "hassle" of the old plumbing, old electric issues, old and worn floors, oh and the wonderfully fun old windows in the winter. In my home when its 30 outside, its about 40 inside. So, if you do find yourself in a similar situation, I urge you to check out some of the great places for sale in our convenient little neighborhood.

One of my favorite new places in the area, is the Wash Park Row Homes project. This new small-scale development offfers the best of both worlds, in my opinion. With this project you get the neighborhood with the new amenities, all at a very affodable price. The project is modeled after architecture you would find in Vancouver and Europe. The footprint of this project is is very compact and it has a heavy green building focus. Wash Park Row Homes are beautiful on the inside, complete with granite countertops and state of the art appliances, they even have new double pain isnulated windows to help keep warm air inside during the winter. Anyone who chooses to live in this project, can definetly live the 'green' lifestyle. The price point for this project is $349,900 for the 1500 sq. ft units and $399,000 for 1750 sq. ft. This project is not only energy efficient, but its also affordable and in the city.

If you find yourself curious as to what is for sale in the neighborhood, get yourself to Pearl St. and Kentucky and check out this project - you won't be dissapointed. The proximity to everything you need is unbeatable and the new-ness of the project won't leave you in the cold this winter. Check out Wash Park Row Homes for pictures of the project and complete details. Try a Cupcake - Smile Assured

Cupcakes...Mmmmmm...

The day was last Thursday. I was having a especially crappy day. My dad wasn't doing very well, my family dog who is now 14 was having medical issues as well. It was just a day that I needed a smile. On this day in which I needed a smile, my first call was to my lovely and kind boyfriend. While on that call, my first request was for a cupcake. Me: hey, I'm having a doozey of a day, would you be able to meet me after work for a cupcake? Henry: a cupcake, sure sounds great, I'll see you there at 5. I hang up the phone with an automatic feeling of intense happiness - that was an easy sell. From the very minute I hung up the phone at 4pm, it was all I could do to stop picturing that cupcake; the frosting gleaming at me, making my mouth water as I tear the wrapper off. As soon as the clock struck 5:00, I was out of the office, in my car, and en route to My Big Fat Cupcake. Upon my entry into this quant little bakery or cupcakery, I was emersed in a sea of cupcakes. Next came the decision...we jointly decided to settle on the Monkey Love - insanely delicous.

At the moment I was sitting across from Henry, both of us enjoying the cupcake ever so much, I realized that money can buy happiness. I know what you're all thinking, no one should say that, right? Well, what I really mean is that it takes money to buy this delicious little cupcake full of love, and the little cupcake is what really brought me true happiness - that afternoon at least.

Now on to why I needed to tell you that story... I realized how happy the cupcake made me that day and has made me many times in the past. Once I realized the sheer happiness it gave me, I began to think, I has to have the same effect on others as well. As it turns out, it does.

Friday morning I'm sitting in my office waiting to hear the word about a closing we are supposed to have at 1pm. I guess I must mention that I am a Mortgage Planner, in my office, we facilitate the transactions which enable people to buy a home. So, Friday mid-morning rolls around and we get word that the loan closing is being held-up due to extenuating circumstances. No worries, we soon get everything straightened out and get the word that the loan is going to close at 4:30pm. Being aware that the situation is going to be tense once all parties involved are sitting around a table staring at each other while we all provide signature, after signature, after signature, I decide a gift of some sort would be a great thing to have in hand as I walk through that door at the title company. The first thing that pops into my mind is the day before and how happy the cupcakes made me. I immediatly head out to the cupcake shop in search of smiles.

Once I purchased my boxes full of smiles, I was well on my way to the closing. True to form, I walk out of the elevator and peer into the fish bowl room where the closing is to take place, all I see is long faces. I take a deep breath and I walk into the room all smiles and bearing three boxes with cute ribbons around them. Judging by the looks on everyone's faces as I walk in the room smiling stating that I have cupcakes, I know I made the right decision. I set the boxes on the table as the documents begin to be passed around the table for signatures. I sense the anticipation, and once the last signature was on the line, but before the ink was dry, the new home owner reaches for one of the boxes, opens the box and all of the sudden, the biggest smile appears. At the moment I see her smile, I know all is well. Apparently, the other two involved parties sensed this as well, they each grabbed for their respective boxes, open them, and... more smiles! Now we have smiles all around the formerly tense table - on this wonderful Friday afternoon.

The moral of this story is really two-fold. One, cupcakes make me smile when I am having a rough day. If cupcakes can make me smile when I'm feeling anything but happy, then they should bring a smile to just about any ole' scrooge out there. Two, if you are dealing with a situation where you know people will be unhappy, why not break the tension with cupcakes. And, the cupcakes to try in Denver are from My Big Fat Cupcake. I am telling you the assortment of flavors and colors will make you feel like a kid again, and who doesn't like to feel like a kid again? Now, go and enjoy some cupcakes!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.washparklifestyle.com/2009/10/having-bad-day-try-cupcake-smile.html' title='Having a Bad Day? He is the light of my life and often described as having a face only a mother could love. While I do agree with this comment, somewhat, I do also think he is the cutest dog in the world, really! His name is Monty, and he is a 17lb. black Pug. He has quite possibly the best personality of any Pug I have ever met. I refer to him as a Lab trapped in a Pug's body. No really, before you laugh out loud, read on... He can swim (although he's not the strongest swimmer, once almost drowned), he can play fetch with a full-sized tennis ball, he can run with the "big dogs" and he can jump pretty high into the air. With all this writing, I'm sure you are beginning to get the idea that Monty is the love of my life and I love to take him any and everywhere with me. As such, there are times when I will pass-up a restaurant because I know they are not dog friendly. This doesn't mean I need to have him in the restuarant with me, but I do like to at least tie him up right outside the establishment. Therefore, a place that does not allow me to even tie my dog up outside their door, I most likely won't visit, during daylight hours anyway.

Currently the second best place to live in the US, Denver is also home to a lot of loving dog owners. Due to my own extreme desire to have Monty with me as much as possible, I have begun searching out places that will allow dogs in or around the premises. As a result of my research, I have created a personal database of sorts; which I will now share with you. Any time of the day in Denver, you can see numerous dogs out and about with their masters, so I feel this list will be utilized.

I'll begin with breakfast/morning places. When I wake-up and blast out the door for a crisp early morning walk with Monty, one place I always head to is Devil's Food Bakery. This is a breakfast place with amazing offerings and most everything is organic, for those of us who prefer it that way. Upon arrival at Devil's Food, you will almost always see one, two and sometimes even three dogs waiting patiently for their owners outside. This spot is a favorite of my and all my friends for a weekend breakfast meeting place. You can usually find me here on Saturday morning sipping a cappucino and eating the pancake special of the day (the banana-walnut pancakes are my favorite).

Another weekend breakfast and lunch favorite is Gaia on South Pearl St. Gaia is a favorite of all Platte Park residents and thier dogs. They even have a special tie-up for dogs on the side of the outdoor patio, in the shade. They also offer water for your best friend. When I go to Gaia, Monty always loves it, although they have a tie-up on the lawn of the patio, he is little enough to sneak under the patio floor and come right up to our table. Of course the staff at Gaia doesn't mind if you keep your best friend right next to your table either. Looking over the Gaia menu is a task. It begins with Crepes then heads to all other delicious breakfast concoctions. When you and your best friend visit Gaia, you have to try the Nutella Crepe with banana and chantilly cream, and add strawberries. This will put you over the edge, its so super delicous you will want a second order.

Usually during the week, I try to keep in a bit closer to home (mainly because I'm always in a rush). My weekly morning hotspot happens to be Kaladi Brothers Coffee shop. This place is on Evans and Downing, pretty much, and is a DU student favorite. I will have to recommend the signature concoction, the Kaladi Coffee. This drink is made of a blend of their organic and Fair Trade certified coffee, and a signature syrup they created right there in-house. I have tried this drink both hot and cold, and I like it either way. You can easily park your pooch right outside on the patio, they can sit right at the patio tables if you are outside. Every passer-by will stop to pet the pooches and no one minds having a well-mannered pooch on the patio. Monty always walks down to Kaladi with me and we enjoy a nice Kaladi coffee, well me, not him.

A great breakfast/lunch establishment where your hound can hang with the "posh politico hounds" is Racines. Racines is off of Speer but I still consider this close enough to Wash Park, I mean so close, you can walk there from the park. This establishment is a favorite of business men and women, local political figures and regulars alike. For the average person with hound in tow, you will want to secure a patio table if possible because they allow all hounds to hang right at the outside tables. If you are not lucky enough to secure a table outside, just tie the hound on the patio railing. You're bound to get a waittress or waiter to bring your hound some H2O as well. While looking at the abundant menu at Racines, you musn't pass-up the Greek Scramble or the Gingerbread Pancakes (are you beginning to see a pattern with pancakes here?). If you hit up Racines for lunch, try the Solitaire Salmon Salad, this dish is refreshing and healthy.

<img $r="true" border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_X3qnx4dVm4M/StdVxEMPiNI/AAAAAAAAABc/mS0oilxnyIg/s320/IMG00061.jpg" />

As you can see, I am known to take my dog with me on most days. In fact, he is sitting (ok, really sleeping) next to me as I write this. Monty is an all around good dude, he loves all these places just as much as I do. I urge you and your pooch to check these places out. They are as dog friendly as they come and your pooch will certainly enjoy the people watching while waiting for you to finish eating.

Top 5 Bars to Hit in One of the Best Places to Live

While I know its our first official day of actual COLD, it doesn't mean we need to begin making the nest just yet...

Why not enjoy one of Denver's first cold days by heading out on the town or at least out in the "hood", to experience my Top 5 Bars. You may or may not know, the Denver Business Journal just released a survey which ranks Denver second, tied with San Francisco, as one of America's best places to live. I completely agree with this survey, this city has so many things to offer and the people are wonderful. Denverites are extremely social people and they do know how to have a good time. As far as good times go, why not check out the latest and greatest of establishments which help to mold Denver into one of the best places to live in America. I am no stranger to the nightlife here in the Wash Park area, and as such, I feel its my civil responsibility to make a Top 5 List for our "implants".

Jennifer's Top 5 Bars in the Wash Park Area:

1. Beatrice and Woodsley - first date location for me and my honey, very romantic

2. Delite Lounge - new kid on the block, try the "Dirty School Girl" Martini

3. The Irish Rover - please order a Guinness or a Boddington's

4. Candlelight Tavern - mix and mingle with the Wash Park Trendies, oh, and try an O-Bomb

5. The Hornet - fun and upbeat atmosphere, try a tall vodka-mixed drink

Now, before you go making judgements, allow me to explain why I really like each of these places and what I feel deems them eligible to make my list.

As I have alluded to in past posts, I am a stickler for a good crowd. Being such a stickler, I feel like the above list really jives with my personality. My number 1 draft pick is such because I feel like this place has an atmosphere unlike any other. Once inside the doors, you feel like you are in a lodge in Aspen or some mountainy town. The drink list consists mostly of wine and high-end liquors, so this isn't a drink your tail off type of establishment. Don't worry a few of the debauchery taverns made my list as well. Beatrice and Woodsley is the type of place that makes me happy to live in Denver, it is a one-of-a-kind place that is cozy and well attended. Apparently it makes other people feel the same.

Numero dos, Delight is a newer place on South Broadway that I really enjoy for happy hour. The South Broadway area is a great area with a lot to offer. You can shop, eat, buy dog food, get ice cream and see a movie utilizing the ankle express. While you are at Delight, please do try the "Dirty School Girl" martini if you dare. The many different flavors of this drink will excite the senses. At Delight, you are likely to run into some of the, who's who of Denver. This crowd of people can be found at all the new buzz-worthy places around town, and Delight is no exception to that rule.

The third bar on my list lends itself more to the dive/pub atmosphere. The Irish Rover is a great pub, and I love a good pub, and who doesn't enjoy a nice Irish Pub every now and then? If you are in the mood for some good Irish or English fare, this is the place you want to be. Have some corned beef and cabbage with a nice Guinness, hence why this place hits the list for me.

<img $r="true" border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_X3qnx4dVm4M/StdbZO_8LXI/AAAAAAAAABk/O1W-cZP5Uyo/s320/194.JPG" />Number four, is my "local watering hole". The Candlelight Tavern has been a on my list for as long as I have lived in Denver. Talk about a Cheers type of establishment, only on steroids. This place is a Gen Y version of Cheers, and the frequenters know how to throw 'em back. While you check this place out, you have to try a Jager Bomb or and O-Bomb shot, its just tradition, I don't make the rules I just live by them. My best friend Cassie and I have been known to throw back more Jager Bombs than I care to remember at the Candlelight, we have also been known to get thrown out of cabs after many, many rounds of said, Jager Bomb shots. While I don't recommend you follow suit with rounds of these shots, I do recommend a celebratory for you and your friends - the good ole' bartenders at the Candle make the best in town!

The Hornet is included in my list because I feel like this bar can make just about anyone happy and content - including yours truly. You can take the person who prefers a pub, or you can take the person who prefers the downtown scene and I guarantee they will both be satisfied. They also have great food so if you do go and get a chance to eat in between drinks, try the Zorba Burger if you dare -its my favorite Burger in town aside from a Cricket Burger. The Zorba Burger is a Lamb Burger with pita bread as the bun. It really does taste delicious. The Hornet has a fun, fashiony scene that captures bar goers from downtown, Wash Park and DU.

I urge you to all go out and at least try some of my top picks. I have explained the reasons I have them on the list which will hopefully give you an advanced heads-up on the atmosphere. When you find yourself out and about town tonight, keep a mental tab on what you really really enjoy about our great city. I know we can all get hung up with the day-to-day activities and frustrated with traffic, and forget to cherish where we work and play. However, a night out in this great Mile High City, especially on a cold crisp night such as tonight, will make you realize why the surveys intentionally place Denver in the number two slot of America's best places to live.

Pizza Dough and Bee Stings...

What do raw pizza dough and bees have in common? A Sunday morning in my house...

It all started off like any regular Saturday night, Henry (my new-ish beau) and I sitting on my couch wondering what to do. The weather was getting cool and it just seemed like a cozy, stay-in night, but instead, we decided to take Dave (my new temporary roomie) to a great neighborhood Italian joint, Pasquini's. Pasquini's has several locations throughout Denver, whatever neighborhood you live in, you're bound to have one pretty close. When the weather gets cold, I always crave Eggplant Parmesan from Pasquini's, it just makes me feel warm from the inside. Pasquini's is a wonderful place for a date or just hanging with family and friends. They have wonderful food, literally everything on the menu is wonderful, and you can't beat a restaurant with a wine list full of bottles for $15 which are actually good.

The four of us (Henry, his daughter Zoey, Dave and I) arrive at Pasquini's, which had a wait but not unbearable, about 30 minutes. We decide to sit at the bar, socialize and enjoy a bottle of wine while Zoey enjoyed chocolate milk and played with raw pizza dough. The restaurant does this great thing for parties with kids, they give the kids a heaping helping of raw pizza dough to play with so the adults can have "adult" conversation. Our waitress came to the table to take our order, and I of course, ordered the Eggplant Parmesan with the Pomodoro salad. It hit the spot; warm, delicious and so fresh. The meal I selected paired perfectly with the red wine. To finish this decadent meal, we ordered the Chocolate Candle. This dessert is rich and rewarding; it has a hard chocolate shell with soft velvety chocolate mousse on the inside, yum-yum. Soon after completing the Italian feast, we left for home with not 1 but 2 heaping helpings of pizza dough in tow.

One short ride down the street and we arrive back at my house. In the house, Zoey placed her pizza dough on the side table, or so she thought. Low and behold about 2 minutes later, we discover the dough is gone. Did we only think we brought the dough from the restaurant? Did we leave it in the car? Or is it someplace lost in the house? After we exhausted all of our options, we look to the cute little 17 pound Pug, Monty. Of course he couldn't have grabbed all of that dough off the table without making any noise, and even if he did, he wouldn't have been able to eat it all that fast - not to mention right in front of our eyes. We finally decided to call off our search for the dough, and write it off. We wrote it off until about 3am! I awoke to a horrendous sound. Sweet, sweet little 17 pound Monty was barfing in his kennel which produced a smell I wish to never smell again.

It quickly became apparent where all the raw pizza dough had gone once I opened the kennel and Monty bee lined for the door with pizza dough barf hanging out of his mouth. I continued to deal with the effects pizza dough will have on a little pug until, well, today. Once the rest of the house woke up at about 8am, he was still getting rid of the processed pizza dough, from both ends. As the morning progressed Monty began to smell as if he was drunk from beer, this was courtesy of all the yeast he had in his system. I found out from some early morning Internet research that raw dough can mix with the warm insides of the stomach and create a sticky, stinky situation. Yummy, beer was brewing inside his little stomach. It can also make them feel drunk...what a surprise. Needless to say, the poor guy was getting rid of the dough in as many ways possible and we had to suffer! Then, the bee entered the picture.

On one of Monty's many, many trips outside to the bathroom a bee attached itself to his side and hitched a ride right inside my house. Once inside my house the bee decided to make a nice little home for itself inside my pajama pants. Please don't ask how this happened, but somehow, the bee snuck up my pants leg without me knowing. The bee snuck up my pants and stayed quiet for a few minutes, it was the moment I decided to go to the bathroom that the little shit decided to release his anger. Yes sir, the bee flew out of my pants and stung me on the inner thigh when I was going to bathroom. Wow, I haven't been stung by a bee in quite sometime but it really hurts. I came the unfortunate conclusion that I must have had some bad karma coming my way. Aside from the horrendous gas that smells like a rotten brewery, Monty seems to be doing much better.

After such an event filled Saturday night and Sunday, my plans for cooking a gourmet meal for friends went straight out the window in favor of a much easier take-out meal. this may have been due to the Benadryl I took after the bee sting as well. We decided to order food from Jerusalem. This place is wonderful and inexpensive, really some of the best food in Denver. It is one of the few restaurants in the neighborhood that is open 24hrs. a day, perfect for a college area. Jerusalem has a plethora of items on their menu (importantly, no raw pizza dough), but for a first-timer, I highly recommend the Combination Super Dish. The Super Dish will give you a taste of the most authentic dishes on their menu. The Jerusalem crowd is eclectic, mellow and somewhat college biased. If you are looking for a great meal to impress visitors or just some late night grub on the healthier side, don't miss Jerusalem. Jerusalem was a great ending to a hectic weekend for me. If you're in the mood for an authentic neighborhood night, don't miss Pasquini's. If you're in the mood for affordable middle eastern food, you would be a fool to miss out on Jerusalem.

Stay tuned to the next blog posting, for the top ten bars in Wash Park, Platte Park, DU and South Broadway.

Is it Just Me, or is Thursday Night a Great Night to Hit the Town?

What started as a great excuse to begin the weekend early, quickly carried on as a weekly tradition through my early 20's, mid-20's and now my, hmmm, later 20's. I love going out on Thursday nights. I feel energized for the weekend, ready to let off some steam and always look forward to connecting with my good friends, who are usually in a similar mindset. Today is no different, the weather is cool and crisp and the skies are as blue as can be. The Colorado Rockies are about to play a very important game which could dictate weather or not they make it to the playoffs, go Rockies. I know this because my office is in the Ball Park Neighborhood, and my window looks out over a beautiful parking lot which becomes full of people adorned head to toe in purple and black on game days. I already know this Thursday is going to be a good one and I can't wait to hit the town later. With that being said, allow me to share with you some of my favorite local spots to stop by on Thursday nights. And, hey, if the Rockies win today, we may even spot some players out and about celebrating.

Now, I don't know about you but, I am a huge fan of trying out new "hot spots", however, there are just some nights when you want to go where, well, where everyone knows your name. I don't know if I should feel proud or embarrassed to say that my name is in fact known at my favorite little "local watering holes" as I like to refer to them, but the reality is that people do know me at these places. This happens in part because I am a stickler for a good atmosphere, good service and of course good people. Inevitably, good music always places the finishing touches on my favorite locations. The places you will find me visit again and again are places that pretty much embody these characteristics. One place I will absolutely be a fixture at tonight is Wash Park Grille, I can't do without this place for very long. They have a courteous staff, good food and on Thursday night, also know as Lady's Night, wonderful drink specials. Thursday night at Wash Park Grille you can find some of Denver's finest: a great group of Cougars (if you don't know this group, I can't help you), 20 somethings with great jobs, 30 somethings who are married and not yet ready to throw in the towel, 30 somethings who are single and still a great catch and lastly, the occasional Silver Fox (45+ males with an agenda) sprinkled in for all of our viewing pleasure. On most Thursdays, you will find me at some point in the evening under the lights sitting at a table with my closest friends talking about the upcoming weekend events while enjoying a glass of red wine.

Tonight I'm feeling a bit saucy, and this saucy feeling may eventually lead me from the Grille down the street to the Wash Park Tavern for some late-evening drinks. To me, there is not a more courteous staff anyplace in town than at the Wash Park Tavern. This is a place where you can catch any sporting event on a flat screen TV, while enjoying a LONG happy hour which occurs from 2-7pm, during this time, you can get 2 for 1 drinks. What a great deal. The crowd at the Tavern is an interesting mix of Cougars and Silver Foxes with a heaping spoon full of Wash Park Trendies (males and females with impeccable fashion sense who live in the area), this makes for fantastic people watching. For the best results, belly-up to the bar and take in your surroundings.

For the single minglers or the married with fun on the minders, these two locations will not let you down. If you're on a first date, meeting someone for the first time or just looking for a place to connect with old friends, Wash Park Grille and Wash Park Tavern will definitely elevate your night. It doesn't hurt that they are about 5 doors down from each other so you can hop from one location to the other. Side note: If you happen to be like me and have only been to 1 Rockies game since living in Denver, you should hit one this season, they are playing very well. Sadly, I won't be at Coors Field today, just wishing I was, what great baseball weather.

Thursday Night Specials:

Wash Park Grille
Lady's Night
4pm-close
$2 house wine
$2 well drinks
$2 domestic drafts
$2 special cocktails

Wash Park Tavern
Happy Hour
2pm-7pm
2 for 1 well drinks, domestic drafts and house wine
7pm-10pm
$3 Bud and Bud Light Drafts
$4 Three Olives Vodka drinks (includes flavored vodkas)

It's Wednesday September 30th, Do You Know What You're Doing Tonight?

As we finish up the month of September, cooler weather approaches as we slide into the home plate of winter in Colorado. I don't know about you, but my favorite months in Colorado are September and October. I happily refer to these months as "crunchy leave season". This is the time when you can walk down almost any neighborhood street and feel the crunch of the leaves beneath your feet. This time of year is coincidentally my favorite time to be at Wash Park as well. The park isn't as crowded as in the summer months, the grass is still green and soft and the mood is simply enjoyable. Everyone you seem to pass is conducting their own activity but they still give you a smile and a nod.

The cold weather supposedly approaching reminds me that I still have a little bit of time to get to my favorite outdoor restaurants, bars, coffee stops and bakeries, but I better do it soon. I don't know about any of you, but I'm not quite ready to bed down for the cold weather, I mean, we still have some time. As I look forward to getting out of the stuffy old office to head home, I can't help but crave a scoop of gelato and a latte. Recently, I discovered the hidden gem, Pajama Baking Company , located on Old South Pearl St. This is the quintessential little neighborhood bakery/coffee stop seems to fancy most all of my cravings when I happen upon it. Gelato, espresso, lattes and fresh baked goods, sit back and watch the smile appear on my face. After a nice little latte from Pajama, I think a nice glass of wine with some small plate appetizers will complete the evening perfectly. I may venture a bit further down Pearl St. to the Village Cork. If you haven't been to this perfectly quaint little wine bar, I highly recommend it. A nice glass of vino rosso and a nice cheese plate alongside the Duck and Truffle Mousse Pate. Yum, yum.

Fall in Denver, crunchy leaves, great local fashion, out of this world eateries, what a great combination. I can't think of any other place I would rather be...except up in the mountains. This weekend should be a wonderful, colorful extravaganza. I was up in Vail last weekend with some friends, we really enjoyed the golden Aspen trees. They hadn't quite turned the corner to orange-red, but this weekend may be perfect timing. And, I digress. I was going to wrap-up with some more Denver tips. Ladies, it's time to ditch the pink and pearly nail polish in favor of the darker plum and maroon shades that symbolize fall. We should all go out and enjoy all that Fall has to offer; eat, drink, and be merry in Denver. Speaking of...Hump day is the perfect day to surprise yourself and/or your honey with a night out. Try one of the spots I mentioned' you and yours won't be disappointed.

Got Fashion on the brain???
